Have spent the last 2 days packing weighing and repacking. This is the first time we've been able to go to Dar Barbara for more than 2 weeks and I need to take my summer wardrobe for the winter. We're taking Ryanair's last flight out of Manchester to Agadir so Beloved can take his bike. It's all wrapped up in a big cardboard bike box Halfords gave us for free :) It won't fit in a car or taxi so we've emailed Moha and asked him to arrange for a pickup truck to meet us. He has emailed back that he has arranged "a taxi". I hope he has lost something in translation and not me as I am envisaging Beloved having to unpack and assemble the bike at the airport and pedal the 80kms to Taroudant.
Meanwhile we've stocked up on cheese, sauces, ham, tbags, and tinned pies and are trying to juggle the suitcases. We got caught out by Thomsons who weighed the hand luggage when we were taking the telescope and it cost us £100+ excess baggage. Ryanair are much stricter and I have a suitcase full of books and videos and must have at least three litres of medication to fit in hand luggage. Still the weather forecast is for 32C and 10 in Wales so I can't wait
