Returning to the land of sun we were surprised by the police checkpoints late evening. It was explained that the King's visit twice postponed last autumn was now taking place and he was staying at the Governor's Palace.
The next day I was Hors d'asthma and dispatched beloved after lunch to try and get our own photo of the king and cavalcade. Unfortunately the security was not letting bikes through so he arrived too late and the photos are kingless. It does show the town looking nice though.
